Home Health Care CT Aides
Caregivers provide personal care including bathing, dressing
and grooming; bandage changing and wound dressing; application of
topical medications; and monitor or report changes in health.
Skilled Nursing care at home
Medication dispensing, rehabilitation and tube feedings. Our
wound-care specialists are certified to assist chronic, long-term,
post-surgical, or medically complicated wounds.
Skilled In-home Orthopedic Care
The KeepMeHome
® rehabilitative staff provides a full range of at‐home,
skilled orthopedic care,
speech, physical and occupational therapy services to help promote
maximum mobility, health and function after an illness, surgery or
accident, or due to disease.
Rehabilitation Management
We assess, plan and coordinate Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy services
MSW Case Management
Initial and comprehensive assessments to help you put in
place the best plan for your loved one. Our case managers will also
assist you with assisted living/nursing home placement, if needed.
Women's Services
Because the health needs of senior women continue to change as they mature, KeepMeHome
® offers services specifically for them.
