Q)
How far in advance do I have to call for services?
KeepMeHome can arrange for services with a little
as one hour’s advance notice, so long as
sufficient information is available for us to assess
the client's requirements. Naturally, the location
of the person’s residence or care site and
other factors do come into consideration. Our first
and foremost concern is always to give the client
the best service with the best person. Our ability
to respond is second to none.
Q) What service
area do you cover?
We cover the entire state of Connecticut.
Q)
What will the
caregiver do for us?
Depending on the needs of the client, the caregiver
will provide a variety of services. These can include
assistance with personal care, housekeeping, and
meal preparation, to name a few. Our evaluation
process, which can be done initially over the telephone,
will help determine the range of services that
would be most appropriate and best suited.
Q) If
I need to cancel the services, how far in advance
do I have to do so?
We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice
if you need to cancel the services. Of course,
emergencies are also considered.
